Where's Jeff

Hi all. Working on getting my newsreader setup on my new machine. I can
read from my email client, but when I reply, it doesn't format the replies
properly. So still struggling a bit.

I was told that Eternal September was having trouble over the weekend.
Sure enough, I was able to log in today. So, I should have everything
setup just as I did before, only on a new PC.

The free news server aioe (nntp.aioe.org) was o.k., but wasn't behaving
very well, IMHO.

Well as they say, you get what you pay for. :-)

I'm now posting through Panix at $100 a year (which also allows for
moderation of the other sci.* groups) so to me that's a bargain.
