Spam blocking email web sites and the blind

Could I ask that if anyone uses one of these, and emails me, that they use
some courtesy, and white list me themselves. Most of these sites are not
that accessible for blind users. We are presented with a web site that we
need to figure out what is required of us to access. its not as simple as it
sounds. I won't go into details, nor will i suggest that these sites are bad
for the Internet, that is a discussion for elsewhere.

Incidentally, i read off line, as I'm on dial up, a further reason for
irritation.
