in the desired web address, it'll likely give you valid email/password.

If you use Mozilla/Firefox browser, you can install a bugmenot.com
extension file that will automatically fill in an existing account
name when you right click the registration box. It works pretty
well...

I was going to suggest dodgeit.com - just give an address at
dodgeit.com, and that's it. You can go to dodgeit.com and read
everything to that address, no password.
